Head Of Finance Transformation

Bronzegate are currently partnered with a large listed organisation with international operations and operating in the infrastructure/services sector to source a new Head Of Finance Transformation based in London.

The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience being currently incumbent or having previously worked in a leadership position within a core Finance Transformation team, ideally with experience of helping deliver shared service transformation.

Reporting to the CFO, this is a broad role and encompasses leadership and helping deliver to all aspects of the group’s finance transformation projects, working across the business and the established shared service operation with relevant Finance Directors and business leaders.

The role of the Head of Finance Transformation will be to enhance the core operating functions within the company, with a view to enhancing future performance through better controls, processes and a more efficient, value-add finance function. You will also be responsible for a creating a longer-term outlook to help reduce the cost base as well as helping transform the shape of finance and finance personnel across the company by initiating measures that create improved methods of working.
