Finance Manager

Privately owned group of businesses with exciting plans for growth, are keen to appoint an experienced Finance Manager on a temporary basis to form part of their small, fast paced, finance team.  Reporting to the Finance Director, you will take responsibility for the financial and control functions for the group, including reporting, monthly and annual accounts, management of bank accounts and company secretarial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be ACCA or CIMA qualified, with development/construction experience, however our client will consider an individual who is qualified through experience. As an individual, you will be a pro-active, hands on candidate with the ability to multi-task, manage change and implement process improvement. Advanced Excel skills are a pre-requisite and ideally COINS experience, along with a hands on, flexible approach to working in a fast paced, changing SME business.   It is working in lovely offices, in a beautiful location in Northamptonshire, and will be until April of next year.
