Cobalt is recruiting on behalf of an entrepreneurial real estate investor based in the heart of the Mayfair. The organisation is in the process of expanding their portfolio and requires a Financial Controller to join the London team.
This role will include preparation of management accounts, VAT returns and tax packs. The Financial Controller will also be liaising with external debt partners, investors, third party financial partners and offshore administrators to ensure all shareholder distributions are met on a monthly basis for each group company.
The successful candidate will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA), have real-estate experience, as well as, development assets and offshore ownership structures. The role will also require a commercially minded individual who is forward thinking and works well within a small-team.
