Cobalt is working with a boutique pan European Real Estate Investor who currently has AUM of in excess of 3.5 billion. The firm has grown significantly since inception through its innovative investment strategies, dynamic and entrepreneurial team and a disciplined approach to risk management. They have an enviable track record of over performing and employ only the highest calibre professionals.

An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, diligent Financial Analyst to join their finance team who are involved throughout the life of an investment from acquisition (analysing underwriting assumptions), and have full responsibility for the management, letting and financial reporting through the eventual disposition.

This role is ideal for a Real Estate Fund Accountant with a good working knowledge of how funds operate and who is looking for a Commercial role.

In this role you will be expected to:

• Prepare financial forecasts for European businesses.
• Prepare and present the quarterly reports and findings across various business measurable and KPIs
• Consolidated management reports for 2, 3 and 5 year business plans
• Provide accounting guidance to key business stakeholders

You should be:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA - Part or Newly qualified within Real Estate
• Excellent Excel knowledge coupled with an excellent analytical and problems solving skills
• Demonstrable ability to present and communicate with all levels
• Pro-active and self motivated.
