Games Analyst

My Client a leading Media Gaming Business in The City is looking for a Games Analyst to join their Head Office Team.

As a Games Analyst, your focus will be figuring out what the company's player data means and what they should do with this information. You will be key in augmenting the analytics stack to make their analyses more powerful and efficient. You'll be helping assess and optimise their marketing campaigns to maximise profitability, and getting involved with in-game economy design in forthcoming titles releases.

Some examples of the work you will be involved in:

• Designing and analysing control-based experiments on in-game parameters
• Building a dedicated database to bring together our marketing spend and return data
• Analysing player data to identify problem areas or missed opportunities
• Working with game designers and engineers to solve design problems
• Building models to estimate performance where tracking is either missing or not possible

To apply for this role you must feel comfortable with numbers and have an instinctive approach to problems.

You must have experience in writing sophisticated SQL queries.
