My Client a Luxury Leading Hospitality Business in London is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their head office team.
Reporting to the Head of Finance the Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for:
* Processing of invoices within agreed timeframes onto SunSystems with particular emphasis on inventory related transactions
* Investigate quantity/price discrepancies between POs, merchandise deliveries and invoices
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Liaise with inventory department as well as finance divisions of suppliers
* Producing monthly reports
* Preparation of weekly payment runs
* Filing
* Ad Hoc reports and duties
Successful candidates will have an experience in the hospitality industry, and will have good knowledge and experience in working with SunSystems.
