Robertson Bell Finance are pleased to be working with a leading £200m turnover Group based in Horsham, who have a new and exciting opportunity for a Sales Ledger Officer to join the Group on a 12 month contract (with the view to go permanent) where you will lead on integrating this role with the team and wider business.

The Sales Ledger Officer role is very much a project focused role with plenty of exciting and CV enhancing work to be had; you will take the lead in implementing a centralised invoicing process, embedding all policies and processes whilst having the full support of your line manager.

Main responsibilities will include; liaise with the wider business on a regular basis to understand their needs and expectations; centralise and standardise the sales ledger and credit control process; document policies and procedures for the sales ledger function; produce invoices for a range of customers and ensure the timely collection of all debts and payments.

In short, you will lead on an exciting project to centralise the invoicing process, whilst ensuing the day to day is maintained.

The successful candidate will have experience working for a large, complex company, either in a; project management or sales ledger role. Excellent communication skills is essential and you will have the ability to build effective relationships with your colleagues across the business.
