My client is looking for an Entry Level Finance Assistant to work within their thriving Finance function along with 5 other team members.

This is an all-round Finance Assistant role, the role will provide great exposure to working directly with the Finance Director and Finance Manager and provide and fantastic foundation to start a long-term career within a strong Finance Function.

- Collating and inputting all purchase invoices
- Making sure all supplier are paid on time as per their contracts
- Employee expenses
- Responsible for petty cash
- Prepare VAT returns for the European offices
- Assist the team in updating budgets with accurate cost forecasts
- Ad-hoc finance related queries
- Gatekeeper for the finance inbox
- Approve purchase requests and set up new suppliers
- Input data onto the company timesheet system
