A FTSE 250 Technology business are looking for an adaptable, dynamic finance professional to become a key Business Partner to multiple non-finance teams supported by a small commercial team of 3. Reporting in to the Head of FP&A, the role requires an individual to challenge and drive change to support sustainable profitable growth. With limited month end reporting duties, the Finance Business Partner will become the first point of contact for multiple non finance teams and will undertake the following responsibilities:
*Evaluate major strategic investments
*Challenge commercial propositions to drive growth
*Support pricing propositions by building clear business cases
*Support and challenge key senior stakeholders (Sales Directors and CFO)
*Develop initiatives to improve customer service and drive cost transformation
The Finance Business Partner will be fully qualified (ACA) with 1-2 years post qualified industry experience and will display previous experience of being a trusted and credible business partner being a key influencer in commercial decision making. Previous experience in a Technology business is favourable but not essential. CIMA/ACCA qualified candidates with a strong academic background will also be considered. Salary £60-65k
