A well regarded accountancy practice based in Cardiff have an opportunity for a Corporate Finance Executive to join their established and busy dedicated Corporate Finance team.

Description
As a Corporate Finance Executive you will be involved in all aspects of Corporate Finance. This will include business valuations, due diligence work and helping with business planning. There will also be opportunities to work with on acquisitions, disposals and fund raising projects, as well as supporting your manager and team members with larger projects.
Profile
The Corporate Finance Executive will be a recently qualified accountant, who through their current practice experience in tax, audit or accounting will have some exposure and understanding of a wide range of businesses.
Previous corporate finance knowledge will be useful, however excellent academics, good communication and interpersonal skills coupled with strong commercial acumen will be an excellent grounding in for a career in Corporate Finance.
