Finance Manager position with rapidly growing SME in Bristol paying £45,000 - £50,000 p.a.

A rapidly growing business in Bristol near Ashton Gate paying up to £50,000 p.a. with a current turnover of £5m. The company is the market leader in its field and have heavily invested in the development and growth of the products in its space. With ambitious growth plans to grow to £25m over the next 5 years the business are recruiting a fully qualified Finance Manager to report into the Head of Finance.

Your new role
You will be responsible for support and driving the financial performance of the business through accurate and timely management information and business partnering the wider operational support teams. Managing a team of 2 transactional staff you will have full P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow responsibility, producing insightful management information with appropriate analysis and commentary. This role will have a strong commercial focus, acting as a business partner to other managers, suggesting potential cost improvements and working with the sales team to ensure margins are maintained on new and existing projects/products

What you'll need to succeed
This would be the ideal move for a second mover from practice, but as a pre-requisite requires a fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with proven experience producing accurate and efficient management information, as well as meeting deadlines and working under pressure. You will be able to demonstrate where you have added value to a business previously and where you can effectively business partner with the wider company.
