Supporting the Managing Director and as part of the Senior Management Team, a new role has been created for a Financial Controller to join this dynamic business, aimed at developing key strategic goals and finance performance; establishing influential relationships with Operational business leaders.
The Financial Controller will be tasked with building a KPI framework from scratch to support commercial decision making, as well as developing and improving systems and processes to prepare the business for sustained future growth.
In return, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller who is looking to take their first step as the number 1 in Finance. The successful candidate will be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified, having the drive and ambition to play an integral role in the growth of this business’ providing them with the skillset to become the future Finance Director.
