An SME in South Oxfordshire are looking for a Financial Controller to join the business. They are looking for an ambitious and loyal individual who could progress into the FD role in the next 5 years.
Initially the role will involve:
- Managing a small clerical team
- Running purchase and sales ledger
- Payroll systems
- Job costing
- Production of management and statutory accounts
- Developing systems
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent) with a solid technical finance skill set from either a Practice or Industry background. You must have strong Excel skills and be hard working and able to meet tight deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be required to support non-finance individuals across the business.
