This highly recognised practice have a strong and growing presence in the Northamptonshire market and have had more than 30% growth in their outsourcing team in the recent years.

Your new role
To support this growth, they are looking to appoint two new Business Services Executives to join the team. In this role you would be responsible for supervising and mentoring a small team of Business Services Accountants, reviewing their work and handling the more complex aspects of the work. You would also be providing year end statutory accounting support got the audit team. In this leading, client-facing role you would be spending 50-60% of the time working from the client sites all within 1 hour radius of Northampton. It would be your responsibility to ensure that all of the bookkeeping and accounting gets completed within the agreed timescales.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have strong, recent, demonstrable background in accounts preparation gained within a practice environment. They will be used to overseeing assignments and in delegating and managing staff. The ACA or ACCA qualification is advantageous. Personal qualities required include a pragmatic approach, methodical and logical thinking and a self-starting nature, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
