Corporate Services Manager

Corporate Services Manager - 12 Month Contract - Leatherhead - £55,000-£60,000 per annum

My client, an international Charted Accountants practice based in Leatherhead are currently recruiting for a Corporate Services Manager on a 12 month contract basis.

The Corporate Services Department provides a range of services including management accounting services, audits, payroll services and company secretarial support to a wide range of clients.

Reviewing management accounts for UK and multi-national companies and groups
Advised on VAT and PAYE matters, including review of quarterly VAT returns, EC Sales Lists, Intrastat
Assisted start-ups in all aspects of financial support
UK financial reporting including annual accounts of limited companies, LLPs, partnerships and sole traders
One-off project work including investigations and occasional secondments to clients
Reviewed and reported on financial information systems
Develop staff within department, including review's
Multi-currency accounting
General business advice on a wide range of subjects to clients
