A rapidly growing international technology and engineering business is looking for a Finance Manager to take on a really broad, hands on role. The Finance Manager will report to the Finance Director and lead all aspects of the Finance function, including managing three junior members of staff. Therefore it is imperative that the Finance Manager is a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualified experience, ideally in a managerial role.
The Finance Manager will own all aspects of Finance and Accounting including Management Reporting (with a focus on analysis to aid growth), Statutory Reporting, Taxation and management of the AP / AR and Billing processes. This individual will also have a key commercial impact through partnering with all departments including Sales, Marketing and Operations as well as running the short, mid and long term Forecasting and Budgeting cycles.
Cash flow and Working Capital management experience would be beneficial, as would prior experience of managing small teams. However, individuals with considerable 'supervisory' responsibility for junior members of staff will also be considered.
