I am working with a fast growing SME based in Greenfield, Oldham to recruit an experienced newly/nearly qualified Management Accountant to join an expanding finance team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will be responsible for:
Preparation of monthly management accounts for 4 companies and consolidation
Assisting with the annual budgets and investigating variances
Managing intercompany transactions
Performing bank reconciliations for UK and US
Liaising with professional advisors on all matters including audit and statutory accounts, taxation etc
Preparing VAT returns
Preparing weekly performance reports for senior management
Applicants should be part qualified (and committed to qualification) with experience of management accounts in a small or medium sized company. You will also have experience of consolidations with good IT skills preferably with excellent knowledge of Sage Line 50.
