Accounts Assistant
Our client a market leader in their field, with an international presence, are looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant for circa 6 months to assist the sales and finance function.
The main purpose of the role is to communicate effectively between the sales and finance function to make sure all sales orders and operational tasks are being carried out in timely manner.
- Reconciliation of all settlement related bank accounts daily
- Processing all relevant reports daily on accounting system, escalating any discrepancies
- Ensuring US deadlines met accordingly
- Adhere to all month end procedures
- Processing supplier invoices
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Payment runs
