Management Accountant

Butler Rose Accountancy & Finance is supporting a successful and growing business in Southampton with the appointment of a Management Accountant. This job role will see you join a well established finance team and report in the Financial Controller. You must be a fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) and possess proven experience in a similar role to enable the ability to hit the ground running.

This is a key job role within my client's finance function and will see you responsible for the preparation and production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts on a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and delivery in support of the Financial Controller.

You will analyse financial performance and play a part within the business planning and forecasting activities, variance analysis, commentaries and ultimately providing succinct analysis and insight on key financial information as required by senior management.

You will act as a visible member of the finance team providing not only the financial support to the wider business but also to the finance team in general. Reviewing of processes and procedures, making change where relevant to achieve efficiency's is part of the continuous improvement culture this business adopts.
