Finance Analyst required for a leading retailer based in Shrewsbury. The company is a leader in its UK market and has developed an extensive customer base built over many years.
As the Finance Analyst, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Financial modelling and analytics champion for all business units
- Development of presentations and reports as required
- Project cost, margin & commission modelling for the projects business
- Stabilisation of existing reporting and source data & process consistency & improvement
- Assistance in finance systems development, testing and implementation
- Forecasting, strategic planning and budgeting process detailed modelling, scenario planning and analysis support
- Scenario planning and modelling financial implications of commercial and operational plans as required
The preferred candidate will be studying ACCA or CIMA. They must be an advanced user on Excel, including the use of macros and financial modelling tools. Experience in a similar role is essential and a candidate from an SME background would be preferred.
