A small retail business located in Central London is currently in search of an Accounts Payable clerk to join ASAP. This is a short term role to assist with heavy workload and backlog.
You will be assisting the accounts payable team with data input and processing of invoices (100-200 per week), matching to PO numbers, setting up new suppliers, supplier statement reconciliations, and dealing with supplier queries. You will also be assisting with preparing payment runs and processing expenses.
Prior experience of accounts payable is essential. You must be confident to work independently and comfortable to process a high volume of invoices.
