The Company

A Blue-chip employer is currently looking for a Billing Manager to lead and develop their growing team based in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a high calibre individual to work within a fast paced / high volume environment.


The Role

The main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Managing a team of 6 billing administrators.
· Liaising with business partners, creating reports and providing information to management
· Ensuring Work In Progress is kept to a minimum
· Managing queries to ensure invoices are paid, managing work orders and ensuring data is correct
· Training new team members
· Identifying and implementing process improvements


The Candidate

To be successful in this role you will need experience in a similar role, ideally from a shared service centre or high volume environment. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and will have good working knowledge of Microsoft particularly excel and ideally Dynamics AX 2009.
