We are currently recruiting an Investment Analyst for a diverse and highly active European real estate Private Equity fund. The role will report directly into a senior originator to help appraise potential acquisitions across a wide range of real estate asset classes.
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Analyse and assist with underwriting and structuring of transactions
- Take the lead on financial modelling, research and will also support the co-ordination of due diligence.
- Work closely with teams across the business to execute the strategy and pipeline for the European market.
- Post transaction management that will include, asset management strategies, assisting with investment/divestment decisions, working closely with external parties and JV partners.
The successful candidate must have 1-2 years experiment in real estate equity investment with European exposure and be highly numerical with exceptional financial modelling skills.
