The Director of Finance & Corporate Services is a key member of the Executive Director Team, supporting and enabling our ambitious growth strategy. Working on the development, implementation, and monitoring of our organisational strategy, and developing robust systems to track and monitor organisational performance and demonstrate our impact, you will also ensure that the corporate services teams enable organisational effectiveness and drive integrated and effective resources to enable continued organisational growth and impact.

We’re looking for an experienced and talented strategic leader with real vision, who has successfully led and developed a multi-disciplinary resources function in a high profile, rapidly growing, customer focused organisation. With very strong experience of governance, business planning, risk & compliance, evaluation, and impact reporting, you will be an exceptional communicator and have a successful track record in developing and leading high performing teams.
