Payroll Team Leader

Blusource Finance are currently recruiting for a CIPP qualified, or QBE, Payroll Supervisor for a large organisation based in Nottinghamshire. This role is easily commutable from Nottingham, Mansfield, Chesterfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Alfreton and the surrounding areas.

Reporting into the Payroll Managerr, you will be responsible for supervising, training and mentoring the payroll team members. You will be responsible for monitoring their workload, performing team reviews and ensuring that all deadlines are met.

Due to your position within the team, you will be the end-point when any queries or issues have been escalated. You should be able to accuratly advise and support the payroll process. You will also be in charge of the maintenance of the Payroll system, highlighting ways to ensure continuous improvement across the department.

You must have previous experience of working within a high volume payroll deparment, with knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes. You must also have previous experience in a team leader or supervisory capacity.
