Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced and proven Project Manager on a permanent basis, for a market leading service provider based in Doncaster.

The business in question has a significant change portfolio, and so now requires increased support to help drive forward key business change and technical projects. Working as part of a dedicated team, the successful candidate will work on a number of change initiatives across the organisation to deliver various strategic priorities over the coming years.

The Project Manager will ensure that solutions provide benefits and outcomes as planned, delivering to time and budget whilst keeping all key stakeholders informed and engaged. It would also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Change function, drawing on experience and best practice to ensure delivery is efficient an effective.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Ensuring projects are planned, funded, resourced and agreed by all key stakeholders
* Identifying, owning and implementing improvements to working practices used by the Change function
* Ensuring projects are managed in a controlled manner in line with the company's project methodology
* Managing projects, ensuring delivery within agreed budget and timescales through all stages of the project lifecycle
* Effectively engaging and managing all, including Board level, stakeholders
* Planning and co-ordinating the engagement of all project resources including business, technical , vendor and any other external resources
* Proactively leading resources to ensure that they are working efficiently and achieving their project objectives
* Ensuring that risks and issues are identified, reported and managed through to resolution
* Ensuring changes to time, scope of budget are progressed in a controlled way
* Ensuring status reports are produced and accurately reflect project progress
* Working closely with the Project Management Office to ensure that cross project and programme interdependencies are identified and managed
* Developing and delivering robust stakeholder engagement plans
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships and clear lines of communication with all stakeholders and project participants
* Ensuring all project communications are timely, relevant and appropriate to the audience
* Organising and attending the appropriate project status meetings and other forums
* Deputising for other Project Managers where required
* Successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously

The successful candidate will require the following:

* Project/programme management qualification (e.g. Prince2)
* Previous experience of project and large programme delivery
* Previous experience of traditional waterfall delivery in a structured change environment
* Strong change management skills, ideally using Scrum/Agile methodology
* Ability to interpret and distil complex information and data
* Strong communication skills, able to build effective relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Visio, Project)
