Divisional Management Accountant

We are recruiting for a Divisional Management Accountant to business partner a number of manufacturing sites that make up this Division. You will be based centrally but the expectation is that you will visit the sites on a regular basis to improve the quality of information and insight that you can provide for these operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly management accounts with full variance analysis for a number of manufacturing sites.
• Provide inventory and stock analysis.
• Full balance sheet reconciliation.
• Production of monthly flash reporting highlighting areas of commercial risk and opportunity.
• Support of the annual budget and financial planning process.
• Conduct site business reviews business partnering site operations.

Our client requires a full qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA individual from a manufacturing/production based environment. You will need to be an experienced management accountant with the desire to develop in the future into a more commercial business partnering role. A solid grounding in manufacturing with an understanding of costing principles and BOMs is a pre-requisite for success in this role as it will give you the credibility to manage internal relationships effectively. A thorough working knowledge of ERP systems and highly developed excel skills will be necessary. You will need to demonstrate exceptional written and verbal presentation skills and have the confidence to operate cross functionally and at all levels in the business.
