This is an organisation who is all about its people, delivering services that genuinely make a difference to people's lives, based in Birmingham they require a Finance Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role that will suit a professional who can collaborate and influence others within both finance and non-finance.

Your new role
In your new role as Finance Business Partner you will act as an adviser on business and financial planning, including strategic planning and forecasting. You will deliver general financial management and financial control of the business, including all internal and external reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you are fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA , previous experience of reporting under US GAAP and SOX will be beneficial. You will be a clear communicator who is able to engage and influence non-finance personnel, alongside advanced excel skills.
