Senior Financial Analyst

Robert Half are assisting a global, huge listed telecoms business for the best Management Consultant with influencing skills out there.

Working for a best-in-class internal improvement & transformation team, as a Finance Manager, you are expected to work closely with the Group CFO, business unit CEO/managing directors to manage and deliver programmes with £25M+ annual benefit. Your focus will include in-sourcing/outsourcing opportunities, process improvements, organisation design and system improvements. You will lead a project team to scope improvement programmes and deliver these with the business. The team has recently expanded and is now nearly at capacity - my client is looking for a talented individual to join their ranks. They expect their consultants to be able to have bottom-line impact from day 1 and to have the potential to become executive leaders of the business.

Your Profile·

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) ·
• Strong Interpersonally - gravitas, spark, energy - able to influence at C-suite level·
• Highly academic (2:1 degree minimum), will consider school leavers if they are high achievers.·
• Progressive - clear progression on CV·
• Will look at practice, industry, or consultancy backgrounds.·
• Ability to meet the business, understand the context, define the problem, manipulate the data, create solutions, and tell a story to influence business decision making.

Finance Consultant will be offered a salary between £60-70k plus car (level dependent), bonus and outstanding benefits.
