Management Accountant

A Management Accountant job paying up to 55k in a Technology business


My client is a London based, world leader in delivery technology support services to the largest businesses worldwide. Their turnover is in the hundreds of millions and they can offer you a range of travel or relocation opportunities if requested.

My client will provide the successful applicant with an opportunity to gain expertise in a wide range of disciplines across the more commercial side of finance. Their product range is consistently expanding which brings with it more pressure and importance on the commercial finance team.

This is an exciting all round opportunity and an important role within a dynamic finance team, reporting in to the Finance Director. There is scope for this role to progress and so would be most suited to an ambitious Management Accountant looking for that step up.

Key responsibilities:

• Budgeting and Forecasting and to help identify trends / issues at an early stage
• To help maintain and develop the monthly management information pack, including focus on key profit drivers and variance analysis
• To work with Operational departments on management accounting issues and improving the level of cost control within the business
• To work with department heads on ad hoc requests covering current and prospective business activities

Key Requirements

• Qualified accountant - ideally CIMA
• Ability to build and develop rapport across a wide variety of stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation
• Budgeting and forecasting experience
• Consolidations
