Start off the Hull City of Culture 2017 with a 12 month FTC contract for a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant. The role is project based and requires a good understanding of activity based costing. A great opportunity for the right person and with good access in and out of the city via the A63/Humber Bridge.
THE ROLE
-Reporting into the Head of Finance the Operations Accountant will be involved in projects involving activity based costing, costing models and work on the P & L
-The position will require excellent inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to work well in an established team
-Based on a 12 months FTC there is possibility for the position to become permanent but this is not guaranteed
THE CANDIDATE
-Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA and with the relevant experience you will have availability to start January 2nd 2017 and remain in the contract for a full 12 months
-A high degree of systems literacy will be required, particularly with Excel, adaptability and a focused approach
THE COMPANY
-Our client has been long established in Hull and is based in the East of the ciity. There are good road links with the Holderness and East Yorkshire villages, the A63 and Humber Bridge areas.
