Credit Controller

My Retail Client based in the Hatfield area are looking for a credit controller to join them on a temporary basis. This is a Credit Controller position that will play an integral part to the sustained cash flow of a specific arm of the international group.

Description

The successful Credit Controller will

* Be comfortable managing the debt collection processes
* Be comfortable managing the collection of customer debts as they fall due
* Resolve ongoing issues both internally and externally
* Be confident in assisting any legal process to recover outstanding amounts
* Use the corporate guidelines and local risk management strategy
* Conduct routine & ad-hoc assessments of the creditworthiness of both existing and prospective customers.

Profile

The successful candidate will be

• Experienced with Credit Control
• Comfortable with learning how to analysis ledgers
• Happy to work within a new environment with hard working colleagues
• Competent with Microsoft excel and spreadsheets
