Senior Internal Auditor

My client is a worldwide transport provider who is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor in Berkshire who has SOX experience. The role is paying £50,000 with a good package and 40% travel across the UK and Europe.

The key requirements for this role are:

• You must be a Qualified accountant preferred with previous experience in an audit /control function, Top 10 practice is preferred
• Significant SOX audit experience is essential
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders within the organisation and internal customers
• Strong people management skills
• Fluency - both written and spoken - in English and either German or Japanese is essential

The Audit department provides professional services in a fast growing and changing business. My client is planning to increase its revenue significantly both through organic growth and acquisitions whilst modernising and streamlining its processes. This role will provide an opportunity to be part of a small team of professional advisors, providing audit and advisory services to group companies across various industries and various European countries.

You must have a strong grasp in financial and SOX audits as well as a range of advisory services such as accounting advice, financial modelling, AB&C, SAO advisory, transaction advice, data analytics.
