A large Insurance company based in London are currently seeking a part qualified Finance Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an opportunity for someone up and coming in their Financial career and looking to serve longevity to their next employer and progress and grow with them.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Analyse and support the delivery of the monthly Income performance Reports
* Supporting the Finance Business Partners in their analysis of the business through, forecasting, Risks and Opps and the budget process.
* Analyse league tables reporting the top and bottom performers to the Business Partners.
* Support the analysis and reporting of key initiatives such as annual cost challenge, recruitment programs, bonus calculations and local initiatives.
* Liaise with the FP&A team on month end analysis and support the Finance Business Partner and Finance Director in the deliverance of the performance story.
* Other adhoc analysis and reporting as required by management
* Support ad hoc projects as they arise either within the businesses or in connection with the requirements of the Finance Business Partner or Finance Director.

The FBP will be expected to spend time in supporting offices in order to achieve business and group objectives. Therefore travel may be required for the Finance Analyst if such support is required. Due the national nature of this role, this will be limited to material issues requiring a visit.

The successful candidate will poses the following experience, personality traits and qualifications:

The essential:
* Currently studying towards a professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA
* An analytical mind
* Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP's and PivotTables)
* A keen eye for detail
* Genuine enthusiasm and a hunger to learn more
* Ability to prioritise
* Capable of building lasting relationships with other members of the team
* Experience in a similar role

The desired:
* Come from a Financial Services of Insurance background
* Immediate availability
* An accounting degree with 2:2 grade or high
