Due to impressive results and exciting plans for driving business growth in 2017, a Finance Manager position has been newly created. This is a critical appointment which offers business visibility with opportunities to contribute to effective decision making and overall business strategy.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a diverse role with responsibilities including:
*Statutory reporting and ownership of the audit process
*Management of cash flow, analysis of costs and validation of payments ensuring integrity of data
*Overseeing and training junior members of staff within treasury, payroll and billings
*Key involvement in a number of exciting upcoming projects relating to growth plans and procedural changes
This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious newly qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) as there are succession plans in place for career development. Furthermore, this role would particularly suit an individual seeking a first move from practice into industry and strong technically accounting skills are essential. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate examples of successfully identifying and delivering process improvements working cross-functionally with other stakeholders.
