Operations Analyst

Responsible for managing the reporting quality of the operations team by diving into datasets to review trends, providing added value analysis and after sales support operation improvement and follow ups.

The role, based in Surrey, requires determination, attention to detail, drive and the ability to work as part of a team. Strong IT and mathematical/numeracy skills are a must. The Operations Analyst will be an expert in Excel (VBA and macros). It would be beneficial to have an understanding of service operation.

Operations Analyst key responsibilities:

- The Operations Analyst will act as a team member within the control operations team - collating key performance indicators data, indentifying trends, recommend changes in relation to trend and to set up targets

- Be a key contact for the data dashboard and overview by harvesting data from multiple sytems

- Prepare and present high quality reports to various stakeholders to highlight trends on a daily basis

- Develoing enhanced reports for easier data management to support continuous improvements within department performance

- Managing data quality and providing added value analysis

- Dashboard creation, frequent updates and looking for continuous improvement of reporting

- General support of Service operation administration as per management needs
