Your new job will be based in West Cambridgeshire for a Construction company with a group turnover of £65,000,000.

Your new role
The Finance Manager role will be based in West Cambridgeshire working for a growing organisation. You will report into the Managing Director and you will oversee 3 members of staff including one Purchase Ledger Clerk, one Credit Controller and one part time Payroll member of staff. Key responsibilities as the Finance Manager will include: Managing 3 members of staff, Application Invoices, Overseeing company car arrangements and the transactional side of the company. You will have full responsibility for the running of the company finances.

What you'll need to succeed
In your new job as a Finance Manager you must have had previous management of staff members. You will possess good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic & busy office environment. You will be highly organised, able to prioritise and possess effective time management. You must be able to use excel to an intermediate level.

What you'll get in return
As a Finance Manager you will have a competitive salary of £28000 - £33000. You will receive 21 days of holiday which increases 1 day for each year of service, BUPA cover and enrolment into an excellent pension scheme.
