Part-Time Qualified Company Accountant Role for Engineering Firm in Oldham

Your new company
The company are a small entity of a multinational billion pound turnover PLC. The entity acts in a standalone manner and you will be reporting to the managing director.

Your new role
The key aspect of the role is the month-end process. As the company are part of a larger group, month-end must be competed in three days and you will be required to be there for this under any circumstances. Further, you will tie up the lose ends after month end including taking ownership of the cash book, reconciling and paying suppliers etc. The role will amount to around 30 hours a month.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and experience within a manufacturing or engineering firm would be highly beneficial.

What you'll get in return
You will get a negotiable salary that will be in the range of £30,000-£35,000 if it was a full time role. Further, you will have the ability to work a flexible part time role where it is only essential that you are there for month end.
