Our client is a leading hotel company located in London's West End, a short walk from Piccadilly Circus tube station. An opportunity has arisen within their team for an Accounts Payable assistant to join their accountancy team.
Description
Located in London's West End, our client is looking for an Accounts Payable assistant with responsibility for the following duties:
Reporting directly into the Financial Controller the main focus will be to:
post invoices
process commission and other payments
At month end:
calculate and post accruals and prepayments
explain any P&L variances to budget.
Profile
The ideal candidate MUST HAVE WORKED IN AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ROLE FOR A HOTEL, BASED ON-SITE (NOT HEAD OFFICE), AND MUST HAVE PROCESSED ACCRUALS PREVIOUSLY
