Financial Director

ABPM as experts in financial recruitment have been appointed by a dynamic business in Oxfordshire to recruit a Group Financial Director. You will be the understudy to the Group CEO of this multi - faceted group.

Leading the Central finance team and supporting the Operations board you will be responsible for:

Production of internal and group financial reporting on a timely and accurate basis.

Managing the investor relations.

To implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor the performance of the organisation, its flow of funds, the adherence to the budget, the expenditures, the income, the cost of sales and other budgetary items.

Attend senior management meetings as required across the group.

Group cash-flow and treasury management on a daily basis.

Corporate finance, managing company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity and acquisitions, as appropriate.

Preparation of financial forecasts, budgeting and cash-flow projections.

Management of auditors and tax advisors as for the year end.

Take responsibility for the timeliness of the monthly reporting.

To collaborate and coordinate the activities of outside suppliers of financial services hired or contracted by the organisation, including accountants, auditors, financial consultants, etc.

To maintain a working relationship and to develop additional relationships with banks, financial institutions.

To be considered for this exciting and influential role you will be an ACA/ACCA/ACMA who can demonstrate knowledge of best practice and accounting procedures and controls as well as their application drawn from either your professional training background or an existing role..
