An exciting new role to join a well established Finance team. Support the Commercial Finance Analyst and the Management Accountant with all aspects of reporting, budgeting, and cost control - with the aim of progressing in to either of these roles in future.

Description
The Assistant Management Accountant role based in Weybridge involves;
- Supporting the Management Accountant & Commercial Finance Analyst in the ownership for cost control monitoring, flagging issues and corrective action.
- responsible for bottom up budgeting for review my the Management accountant
- responsible for rolling in year forecasting
- preparation of Audit papers
- making journal entries - accruals/prepayments etc.
- Taking accounts from TB to first draft Management Accounts schedules
- Cost centre reporting and variance analysis
- Investigate unexpected balances
- Pricing and ad hoc Financial analysis
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Assistant Management Accountant role;
- Ideally be AAT qualified or Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA
- Ideally have worked in a similar role previously
- Will have strong analytical skills
- Be looking for a "commercially foccussed" Finance role
Job Offer
The Assistant Management Accountant role can pay between £25-35,000 + excellent benefits.
