Assistant Accountant required to join a team of three, reporting to the Finance Director. £25,000-£30,000

Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting for a well-established company in where there is a fantastic new opportunity for a Assistant Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.


Your new role
In the role of Assistant Accountant, you will report to the Finance Director and will be responsible for managing the finance function. Duties of the role will include, but not limited to; processing a monthly payroll, preparing a weekly cash flow, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, assisting with the preparation of budgets and year-end audit flies.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a mixture of general accounts experience and technical ability, accompanied with a minimum AAT Level 4 qualification.
