Partner Financial is working with a large PE backed business based in Central London who are growing rapidly, consistently winning new business and making acquisitions. With a turnover in the £multi-billions, they are seeking to continue this success in line with their ambitious strategic objectives.

The Company are now seeking an Interim Group Reporting Manger to support the Group Financial Controller and them with the delivering the monthly/quarterly results, annual financial statements and improving relevant process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and consolidating monthly results, management accounts and relevant packs, and liaising with the divisional controllers to ensure submission deadlines are met;
  • Production of interim and annual financial statements in line with IFRS;
  • Review and consolidation of annual budgets and forecasts;
  • Ensuring that accounting policy is kept up to date and complied with internally;
  • Liaising with external advisors, including auditors and advisors;
  • Undertake various ad-hoc projects including acquisition accounting, and supporting the FP&A team.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified ACA/CA with a background in a Top-Tier practice;
  • Well-developed knowledge of IFRS, ideally with experience of auditing consolidated, multi-currency financial statements;
  • The ability to manage workload, prioritise efficiently and be proactive in seeking improvements to the processes with a core focus on optimisation and delivery;
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, and the ability to learn new IT systems and processes;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, allied to a desire to develop within a commercial environment.

The with timely delivery of monthly results, production of annual financial statements and work with divisional finance heads to ensure submission deadlines are met as well as improving necessary processes and promoting efficiency.
