Finance Manager

Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Finance Analyst -

The company: Is a Nasdaq listed US Global medical company and is considered a leading authority in their field. With UK revenues at £75m and 12% year on year growth the company is led and driven by some of the industry's current experts.

The role reports to the EMEA Finance Director and manages the accounting for inventory processes at both in-house and consignment locations. Controls the month end close process and ensures that inventory carrying costs are appropriate and correct and consistent with US guidelines.
Ensures accurate accounting and audit is achieved re cost of goods sold, reserve analysis, inventory adjustments, fluctuation analysis, gross profit analysis, preparation of reports & account reconciliations. Maintain cycle counting policies and coordinate agent and in-house physical inventory processes.
Review and prepare account reconciliations and audit schedules, product costings and activities of include maintenance of costs, proper valuation of inventory, and reserve reporting and analysis. Liaising with IT to identify solutions to systems and operational issues and support implementation of new tools/systems, On-going accounting and finance projects as assigned (transfer pricing & budget analysis)


The person a graduate qualified ACA/CIMA with at least 2/3 years previous experience in accounting/reconciliation/inventory perhaps from Practice or a multi site manufacturer where inventory control is critical. With a sharp eye for detail, strong analysis skills, builds business relationships easily across Operations/ Strong excel skills essential as is the flexibility to travel to locations throughout the UK and Europe.
