Group Accountant

Our client, a fast growth (Sunday Times Fast Track) business is looking for a Group Accountant to join it’s superbly talented head office finance team. The business is Private Equity backed and has Quadrupled in size in the last 6 years, to be worth over $1bn.


It’s difficult to explain in text what an opportunity this is for the right candidate. With exposure across the business in a flat structure, the successful Group Accountant will be taking on a role which will put them in  a position for superb career advances down the line. The doors it will open up are rare at this level. The depth of the role is great, the range of the role is great and the management team are approachable, want to enhance your career and is high performance.

The perfect Group Accountant will be ACA trained, probably with the BIG 4, but certainly working with large businesses when in audit.

 
Elements of Role:

·         Monthly Reporting
·         Consolidation of 50 entities (experience of a consolidation tool would be great, if it’s HFM then brilliant)
·         Working with holding companies
·         Board Packs
·         Cash Flow Analysis
·         Some general technical accounting (nothing too much or too specific)
·         Project work
