Interim Financial and Reporting Analyst

Our client is quickly becoming one of the most well recognised names in the leisure and hospitality industry in the in the UK due to sustaining large investment from an international sister company and having an exciting and stable growth plan.

As a result they are in the process of setting up a new shared service centre in Birmingham and looking for an experienced but dynamic and driven Financial and Reporting Analyst on an interim basis. You will report to the Group Reporting and Planning Manager and be responsible for the co-ordination of financial planning processes across the business.

Ideally, you will:

  • Be qualified to ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA standard and ideally have a few years post qualified experience
  • Have the ability to effectively communicate and discuss complex financial information with all levels of the organisation including non heads of finance - Proven capability of this will be required
  • Be able to assess situations and make important decisions independently that will impact the business systems and processes and have the ability to discuss these decisions with key stake holders and senior management
  • Posses strong IT skills and have the capability to build financial models from scratch using complex formulas on Excel
