Your new company is a long established public sector organisation, based in the heart of Cardiff.


Your new role
Your new role as finance and operations manager will require you to prepare and manage accounts and budgets, report and analyse accounting systems and provide proactive advice to senior management. If competent in this role, eventually, it could lead to deputising to the director.



What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to be a commercially astute individual, able to make effective financial and strategic judgements. You will also be interested in working in a stimulating industry with the view to make a real difference to the operations of the organisation. You will have previous financial and line management experience, and also possess a wide range of previous financial experience as this is a very varied post. You will have a strategic and analytical approach towards finance.


What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £27,000 to £35,000. You will also benefit from flexible working hours which allow you to work a 4 or 5 day week. You will receive a great benefits package, which include; 25 days annual leave, with 7 days customary holidays and 8 days bank holidays. There is a competitive pension scheme in place.
