Treasury Manager

Our client, one of the most highly sought after FTSE 100s, with a phenomenal reputation for retaining and rewarding top talent, is looking to source a talented Treasury Manager to join its dynamic team.

The role will report to the Head of Group FP&A and Treasury and be responsible for the delivery of a first class treasury function. You will shape and guide technical and analytical recommendations, requiring exceptional stakeholder management, with a high level of exposure to the Executive Management Team.

Main duties include:
* Responsible for short-term funding and daily money market and FX transactions for the Group
* Developing and implementing Treasury reporting functionality to provide greater transparency around risk management and impacts of market movements
* Developing the front office function through improved controls and automation of manual processes
* Providing advice and guidance on treasury related matters
* Championing business engagement
* Delivering a wide-range of key Treasury projects covering cash management, risk management, funding and business integration

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/AMCT Qualified with a minimum of 3 years PQE gleaned in a blue-chip environment. You must have a proven track record in Treasury, with significant knowledge of financial products, markets, risk management analysis and the UK bank market/systems.

You must be an effective Manager, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a high performing team, ensuring consistent high standards at met. From an interpersonal perspective, you will consider yourself to be confident, credible and possess a level of credibility and gravitas that allows you to build sustainable relationships and influence decision making that will ultimately benefit the group.
