I have just been briefed by my client, a growing media organisation based in Central London on a Director of Analytics role. The role will require you to effectively lead a team of Marketing Analysts, Insight Analysts and Research professionals. This is a growing team where you will have the chance to shape and mould the current analytics team.

The role:

Management of the analytics function
Design, develop and implement strategies
Effective development of the Analytics team

What my client are looking for:

Experienced analytics professional ideally with experience from the Consultancy or Agency sector
Extensive stakeholder management experience and senior experience in business analytics and insights in a fast moving organisation
A passion about using data to drive insights in order to better connect with the customer
Previous experience with tools such as SAS, SQL, R etc.
Educated to degree level in a numerate subject

Benefits:

The perfect candidate should expect to earn up to £105,000 plus a competitive benefits package.
