Chief Financial Officer (PE backed)

An outstanding and promising opportunity for a CFO to join a business potentially being bought as a secondary buyout to a growth orientated PE firm. Our client requires a CFO that can integrate the business into their growth plan and drive it towards international expansion with an exit plan projected to take place in the next 3-5 years.

You will have previously professionalised a growing business as CFO and have a track record of partnering with executive management to ensure financial processes are driven in line with company-wide goals. Although immediate availability is not essential, it is preferred that as CFO you will be able to assist with the due diligence and preparation required for the acquisition process.

As the ideal CFO, you must be prepared to get your hands dirty and take on a broad range of responsibilities. These will range from integrating financial processes and controls to leading the finance function and liaising with board members on long term strategic direction. Commercial skills are key within this buy and build business plan, as well as the ability to communicate and lead all functions of the business through it's aggressive growth plan.
